Texas Kielbasa Skillet is a one dish dinner that your family will love. Ready in 35 minutes.
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) cream of celery soup
1 1/2 cups water
1 Tablespoon butter
3/4 cup uncooked long grain rice
1 pound SMOKED KIELBASA SAUSAGE, cut into round slices*
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen peas
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
1 cup cheddar cheese
1. Combine soup, water and butter substitute in a large skillet with a lid. Bring to a boil.
2. Add rice and sausage. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
3. Stir in peas and mushrooms. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes, or until rice is tender.
4. Sprinkle with cheese and serve hot.
